Does anyone have any examples of this being awarded?

My EC year runs Jun-Jun and my son was born last Feb. I stopped flying BA shortly afterwards, due to defecting to KLM because of the EC changes meaning I wasn't going to be able to keep status and better pricing on routes being offered. But i'm wondering if I could use this to keep silver for a bit longer
