Sorry, sometimes we can go into a little too much detail.

Basically, sometimes there are amazing savings that outweigh anything else you can get. If so, great - jump on them.

Sometimes there aren't - in which case think about benefits of booking direct, and prioritise those.

The bonus avios are the cherry on top but they're not the cake!
