BA's carry-on limit in Y is a ridiculously low 6 kg while LX has a more reasonable 10 kg limit. Based on my (admittedly limited) experience and on what I've read here on FT, BA is pretty strict on carry-on weight limits, especially out of LHR.

I'm not as concerned about BA (as people have mentioned), one can use OLCI or an e-kiosk. A normal size duffel bag usually works on BA however with the new bag tag requirement, i'm concerned that LX will force me to gate check it.

So does anyone have any recent experiences with connecting to LX in ZRH from a non-LX flight? Thanks in advance.
