Hi janmobile. I assume your question is prompted by the recent announcement by BA?

The refunds due are for those status passengers who booked a basic fare (i.e. no included checked luggage and no free seat selection), for travel on or after 14 June.

If this is not your situation then no seat selection fee refund due.
