Any idea on what to do with a non-compliant Japanese website? The website used forced DCC: I can neither pay in my local currency nor in the merchant's local currency but only in the currency of a third country which is incorrectly identified as my card's billing currency. I need to use the website once in a while and therefore can't risk being declared a persona non grata by the website owner, so it's a bit risky to file for a chargeback.
