Just got off of 737-900/3818. After several attempts to watch a movie on my Galaxy S5, and fighting with being repeatedly disconnected from wifi, I was finally informed that support for my Android device had not yet been implemented. The United website that says it will be implemented on the 737 fleet by "early 2017" uses a different definition of early than I use.

Finally got it to work on my Windows 10 laptop, but only after I reinstalled the DRM plug-in. I had just installed it a couple of months ago.

This is just so much harder than it needs to be.

Oh, but all the commercials ran just fine.
