We're traveling from Los Angeles to Melbourne (Australia) later this year and I was wondering what would be the best way to get access to the Tom Bradley lounge? We have 2 toddlers and getting lounge access would definitely be a big help for us.

We don't have the status or points since we haven't travelled much since having kids. Are there credit card promos that offer access to this lounge?

You need to join Priority Pass and pay an annual fee after which, you can access this lounge. If you have an Amex Platinum card, it also comes with Priority Pass membership.

Citi Prestige (if you already have it) and Chase Sapphire Reserve also include Priority Pass. Citi AAdvantage Executive MasterCard includes Admirals Club membership.

Another option is to buy a Day Pass for the Admirals Club -- $50$59 for each adult and the accompanied kids are free. {UPDATE: But not at the LAX AC currently as it is under construction.}
