Dear janmobile, welcome to flyertalk, we have a lot of information in here and can help out. Regarding your situation, it is best to provide additional details. Also, keep in mind that you could have saved to the money and not pay to select seats, and wait till 24hrs or have seats automatically assigned. YOU chose to pay to reserve seats.
