New user here ... I currently have the Capital One Quicksilver card, but I don't use it very often due to better alternatives (Citi Double Cash, BoA Travel Rewards). However, the new Premier Dining Rewards card looks interesting as it pays 3% on all dining without an annual fee.

I'd prefer not to apply for another new card at this time (3 new cards in the last month), so should I be able to get Capital One to product change me to the Premier Dining Rewards?
