Update
Just an update on this:
I emailed the GM about the freezer issue first and he thanked me for the email, said he would make a note in the engineer's personnel file, and offered to ensure there was a freezer in my room for my next visit. He also offered 10k points.
Separately, I emailed him about the desserts hour lounge issue, explaining that I was emailing separately about it so the two issues were not conflated. He emailed me back the next day, thanking me for the feedback and stating that he addressed the issue with the staff that day. He agreed that if the posted dessert hour was until 9 pm, that desserts should continue until that time.
I return to the property later this week. Thank you all for the help.
