In addition to the St. Regis mentioned above, there is also the Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas.
I wouldn't count on being able to find points bookings at the Vacation Clubs. As someone who is also planning a trip to Kauai, I am interested in anyone's experience with Marriott/Starwood properties on the island, particularly Koloa Landing and how it compares to the Grand Hyatt.
