Ohhh 350, I had no idea...that really doesn't sound good at all. We're only transiting through PEK, so no need to worry about cold or air quality, but that will make me be aware of these things for any China trip planning.
I thought air quality was supposed to be better in the winter than summer, but I guess I was wrong...Thanks.
