Thanks for the report and I'm sorry that you were on the flight. There's been a bit of attention about this IRROP (for other CX fans: along with prime flights like 841 and 881 caught up with IRROPS at the same time) on a local aviation forum.

It's great that you found alternatives quickly - as far as I know some pax are still in TLV, and so is the aircraft.

You will get original routing credit if you desire, just contact MPC. Presumably your return will be kept intact too.
