I would say every US carrier uniform look is appalling, even Delta - except the skinny ladies who can pull off the red coat.
Delta, American, Alaska, United - their uniforms are all pretty much variations on the same theme - short sleeve or long sleeve t-shirts, sweaters, polyester stretchy pants, etc.
I wore a variation of the same uniform when I worked at a Shell gas station in high school.
