I don't get it, why change those lovely dark blue shapeless dresses they brought out a few years ago? I mean just because carriers like Virgin, Alitalia, Emerates, Air New Zealand have their crew looking really sharp...... Yes, I am kidding. The look presented by UA staff is appalling, especially compared to other long haul foreign carries.
