Winter in Beijing is always cold. Even worse is the air quality, the smug you have to deal with. I have to wear a mask when I visited Beijing in the winter. Two years ago I had to leave Beijing and fly to HKT for couple of days to recover myself from the cold weather and the air quality. I miss the beach already
