Upcoming flight with 4 adults and an infant lap child. I booked the tickets on the phone in order to properly book the lap child. They forgot to put the infant's middle name on the ticket (middle name is on the passport). I have called Swiss a few times over the last couple of months and they keep saying they have fixed it and it will update shortly. I'm sure Swiss doesn't care, but Swiss doesn't run the security screenings and we are going to TLV which obviously has heightened security. Am I making too big a deal out of this? After all, the baby will be 1 year old and I can't imagine security thinking that the 1 year old is really trying to travel on someone else's ticket who coincidentally has the same first and last name.
Don't worry about middle names!
I sometimes travel with my middle name in the reservation and sometimes without, without any difference of course. This includes flights in/out of TLV.
