The one time I stopped by the counter to ask (at DCA) I was told that I was told to go to take a car and deal with it at the exit booth.

When I pull up, I mention that I'm using my corporate rate code for personal travel, and that the reservation needs to be switched over to 'leisure' and insurances declined. You may have to push back if they say it's not possible, because it definitely is.

The other interesting thing is that when I plug in my code on the Enterprise site (same code for both companies) it asks me "are you traveling on behalf of company name- yes/no"
