Strange online check in message 'unable to proceed' - anyone else seen it?
Trying to check in for flight in J tomorrow and got message below:
"We are unable to proceed with your online check-in as there is additional information required for your booking. Please proceed to the check-in counters at the airport. (WCI-35)"
Had no problems checking in for outbound leg, anything I should worry abolut here?
