Well, OP was hoping that LH or OTA will change his most probably severely restricted ticket(s), probably without a fee etc. When that did not happen, he made the rant. OP does not seem to be a novice traveller, nor to be new here... While we may feel sorry for what did happen to him, he cannot expect any love for his pointless rant... You cannot blame LH for anything that did happen to him... Actually, DL let OP down by rescheduling his long haul and caused all his troubles...
