I don't want to open a can of worms here but are AS agents union? Why does it take an incentive program to get an employee to enfore existing rules and company policy? What happened to the good old days where managers managed their subordinates and if they didn't perform up to company standards they were shown the door.

Lets reward our employees for not previously enforcing company policy. Maybe, I should come work for the airlines. I need a job with no accountability.(Sarcasm.)
