As of May 1, if you had a "Hilton and executive tower" pre-existing booking, there are no longer upgrades from the main building to the "new" property.

I was upgraded in the main building as a diamond from a standard room to a corner room which was delightful. I did not push for a suite upgrade. TV is enormous. Room is decent size but could use a chaise. Lobby design is sleek and functional but a little dark.

Staff is great all around.

Breakfast for diamond is confusing. Coupons only left under the door. $4 upgrade for hot items including omelettes. Don't mind paying it but there's also an a la carte menu in addition to everything else and if you want something from there alone they'll deduct $19 from the bill. So yeah, confusing, but good food and service.

An enjoyable stay: 8.5/10
