I am in the same boat for next week. The corporate code I was given includes CDW, and I need to use my credit card insurance for it instead on personal travel. I just called to see if the rep can make the reservation without CDW for me, but he said he can't even see the CDW on his end, but I got the receipt showing CDW included...
