Sorry to hear about your experience.
TK is not renowned for its customer service.
That said, it's very hard to trace what happened to you back to a particular meal. It could have been something you ate before the flight or in the lounge (or anything else you ate). Unless several other people on your flight report being sick, it's doubtful TK will do anything.
