I agree having the number expedites going through customs but the only time having it on your reservation that makes any difference is to get Precheck. Having it on your reservations going south does nothing as you still have to stop at the Global Express machines so in that instance what is the benefit of it being on your reservations? Or is it put on so that there is less of a chance of you getting the extra security search?
