I received it on Thursday. Notice says it goes into effect 7/20. I was charged my previous annual fee ($375) earlier in the week so looks like I won't have to face the music until 2018.

People are reporting in the PP+ thread that CSRs aren't budging. Has anyone tried with this card yet?
