Interesting.
It seems there is some flexibility, certainly if the higher cabin is full, to at least request a specific seat.
The obvious game playing that this could enable is having a WT pax pay for a WTP AUP to trigger an upgrade of a targeted WTP pax to CW.
Complex, difficult to co-ordinate and not always even possible but potentially do-able?
