I guess Account Holder/Administrator/whatever would have been better than Head of Household. I will admit, when I hear that term, I think Man...unless there is no man, than the WOMAN is the HOH. I realize it doesn't say that anywhere, but that is what comes to my mind.

Not happy with their wording - ok, go ahead and let them know that...they want to hear. But, really, there are better avenues to use than the one she did.
