I had literally emailed the Matrix printout and a list of requirements (including the booking classes needed to get 100% AQM, 014 ticket, etc.) and the first TA just emailed me back a reservation that missed, like, 4 out of 6 of my criteria and was non-responsive to a bunch of my questions.
I know this is slightly unrelated, but this is one of my biggest pet peever. When you email someone with extremely clear and detailed instructions/questions, and you only get a response for half of what you asked, or only half gets actioned.
If I ask you the shape of something, and ask you the colour of that same object, dont ....ing respond to me saying "its blu brah".
