Vayama has some terrific international fares, and I do understand that because of the highly discounted fares, the penalties associated with cancellation and changes are higher than otherwise.

Researching online, there does seem to be negative feedback for the company but it appears that it is largely with customers being unaware of the large penalties associated with the discounted tickets.

In any case, has anyone had recent experiences with them, and have they improved? They now have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which to me seems like they are being more responsible with regard to disclosures of their terms and conditions, the level of customer service, and overall trustworthiness.

I would love to hear feedback on this company particularly from those who have had a recent experience.
