If Southwest really wanted to attract domestic business travelers, it would go all out in the wifi arena.

Install every possible wifi connection source on every aircraft and develop an onboard system to optimize every connected passenger's wifi speed. Then market the hell out of this. Make it free for business select passengers. Expensive for the rest.
