With all the recent news about in-flight incidents and poor customer relations on behalf of the airlines and crews, it really makes one wonder WHAT ARE THEY DOING TO TRAIN THESE PEOPLE? Don't get me wrong...I've flown over a million miles in my lifetime and have seen both the best and worst of the flight crews. They have an exceedingly difficult job to do, but it seems more and more that the airlines are not training them properly to handle difficult situations. I don't blame the flight crews...I put the blame squarely on the lack of appropriate training by the airlines.
