I resurrecting this thread because it happened again...

I changed my email address to another that I use and the emails started coming in again.

After about 10 months I noticed they had stopped again. I made no changes to my profile.

My husband's account, with a completely different email address gets them regularly each week. This week he got a targeted promo for extra points based upon the rentals he does.

2 weeks ago I changed back to my original email address and still received nothing.

Today I changed it again to another email address. Note - one of them is an AOL address and the others are all gmail. I could see issues with AOL, but gmail? My husband always gets them to his gmail account.

I'm starting to get a complex
