There have been comments in various threads recently that SkyMiles Members aren't receiving the promotional emails they would like to from Delta. We want to fix that for you! While not all Members will be eligible to receive all emails that Delta sends, by opting in to receive all email types, you become eligible to receive these emails and increase the likelihood that you'll receive important news and special offers from Delta.

To select the types of emails you would like to receive, you can follow the below steps.

1. Go to the Notification Preferences in your SkyMiles profile. (If you are not logged into your SkyMiles account, you will be prompted to log in. You will need to log in to update your Notification Preferences).

2. Scroll down to the "News & Special Offers" section.

3. Check the box for the types of emails you would like to receive. (A brief description of the types of emails for each category is provided. SkyMiles Partner Offers and SkyMiles Promotions include offers such as the current #DeltaAmexPerks premium drink promotion in Delta Sky Club locations, Your Monthly SkyMiles Flash Sale, SkyMiles Experiences offers, special deals with our sports and entertainment partners, and more).

4. Ensure your preferred email address is listed as the email address receiving these offers. Click the "edit" button to the right of the box with your email address if you need to change the email address that will receive the emails.

5. Click "Save Changes" in the lower right corner to finish updating your Notifications Preferences.

Opt In For Emails
