Weird things with AA-reissued RTW

AA applied SWUs and reissued an unflown RTW originally issued by a different airline. The itinerary looks good, and I have an 001 ticket. However:
  • When I applied the SWUs, the agent asked me which seats I wanted and said she assigned those. But the itinerary both on aa.com and in TripCase show no seat assignments. If I try to assign seats myself on aa.com, it displays Seat map unavailable. Please check back. It's been this way for days. I've tried on various devices and browsers, all the same.
  • If I try to view the receipt using the trick of first viewing the itinerary on aa.com and then entering the URL to display the receipt of the currently viewed itinerary, it redirects to an error page that says This page must have taken flight.
  • If I enter the ticket number in the View Receipt form, it displays Error
You have encountered an error. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later.

I'm hoping these are all bugs related to a 16-segment RTW with most flights on other airlines, and not an indication of some deep problem with the itinerary and ticket.
