It's either a free drink OR a free chocolate. That's the policy. Frankly, I wish they'd just get rid of the chocolates. They're creating a lot of issues and whatever goodwill they're supposed to create are being undone by the irritation when someone is confronted with the news that they are able to have one or the other, but not both. This thread is a great example of that. Many FA's wish not to even have the conversation so they just hand over both, then the FA that does what they're supposed to is vilified because they are following procedure/policy. All this over a piece of chocolate. SMH and rolling my eyes
