'Online Check-in for this flight is now closed' - 23 hours ahead of the flight
I know OLCI has had problems and the BA website enhanced to zilch recently, but has anybody seen this before?

At 0900, I tried to check in online for my CE flight tomorrow dep 0800 and encountered the 'closed' message, 23 hours ahead of scheduled departure.

Also, Manage my Booking tells me requesting a seat is not available for this journey - no matter that my seat number appears in my confirmation.
