I C. I thought all these deeply discounted U fares were non-changeable/non-cancellable (the only thing you can do is to hope for a TK schedule change to ask for full refund).

But even if ticket can be changed, it is hardly worth paying TK change fee + upfare + possible TA fees to rebook the ticket to higher booking class jut to earn some miles/points.
