Just so I am on the same page. You booked this in business and have been downgraded or you booked this in economy and didn't realize until later? I know you booked in J but when booking did you secure a business class seat? I know you say Downgrade on One Segment in the title, I just want to be sure.
Booked and ticketed into J in all segments including the first, as on the day of booking the route was operated by a Y/J configured aircraft. Two months after booking, carrier operating the route chose to change configuration of aircraft operating first segment to Y-only; so, now, I'm sitting in economy. Other segments remain in J.
