It's pretty easy, though it's a big station. The Gatwick train will arrive at p12, the Vauxhall train will leave from p10. There's an elevator to/from a large overbridge.

(Vauxhall trains also go from p3/4, but that's quite a hike, and the trains have an extra stop, so I'd only look there if there's a serious delay at p10).
