Who said that your claim has been denied?. You yourself have said that you've had several claims in the past year, including a $3000+ loss a few months ago. Now with more claims, it doesn't surprise me at all that they want to take a closer look. I'm sure you can understand why. And, as someone that's done nothing wrong, just provide them with the information they want.
