For Delta (and United and Southwest for that matter) on my Chase Sapphire Reserve, online transaction history shows DELTA AIR followed by the ticket number. However, when the actual statement generates, it will show the DELTA AIR, Ticket #, then underneath each segment of city pairs. For instance:

1 X MCO DTW
2 X DTW ICN
3 XX ICN SEA
4 XO SEA ATL

United and Southwest show on the statement the same as Delta. The date of travel also appears by the first line (ie, 051217) Passenger name for the ticket does not appear on the statement.
