I agree with ninim. We haven't seen any mailers with that language, but if it exists, I'd assume it would impact you. Have you gone to the website and put in your invitation number and checked the terms that it gives you there?
It would be very helpful if you could provide more details about the mailer - what the language is, where it is, what the offer is for, etc. A scan or picture of it (with any personally identifiable information blocked/cropped, of course) would be great too. Hopefully this isn't the start of a new trend.
