You can easily and conveniently change or cancel your flight ticket with an existing seat reservation under My bookings.

In case you paid for a seat reservation on the flight you wish to change, Lufthansa will automatically try to book an equivalent seat on the new flight. Please note that charges already paid for seat reservations cannot be reimbursed if there are no equivalent seats available for reservation on the changed flight."
