I don't think this is the case since I have been checking reward nights for the past few weeks and there has always been some availability. This maybe just a case where the OP wants to book an X amount of days, but 1 or more of the days may have no availability. Even though most of July shows no availability, July 23rd is available. June has a lot more availability. Summer is tourist season.
