Fortunately for Marriott, I am a loyal customer and I'd rather use this as an opportunity to work out a deal for some free rooms and to get Marriott to adopt some ideas I have that I am certain will help the brand. How very self-serving.
I think one of the underlying purposes of FT is to make other travelers aware of all things travel; good, bad, or somewhere in between. Also, it's nice that you won't sue family, but it's fine to blackmail family.
