I like T3 if I am in and out of LHR. Try T4 and you'll see why - everything is much s l o w e r. And T5 is worse than T3 if you arrive without an EU passport as immigration there is both lazy and plain nasty.
I have a UK passport so T5 isn't too bad for me, although the staff are just as nasty wherever you are from.
T3 just seems to have all the flights to the places you don't want to go to.
