So I'm wondering if I can do your idea of 2 one tickets to bypass the 3 flight rule.

Now I don't travel often so what happens when I land at ZRH? Since they are 2 separate reservations does that mean I would have to collect my luggage, go through security, etc... again since I would need to get my bags from the first flight to the second flight?
