On the other end of the spectrum in Japan, the Park Hyatt Tokyo (Cat 7) is pricing out at 15,000 pts + 27,872 JPY ($247 at current exchange rates). Weird how properties within the same country can have such a vasty different exchange rates when it comes to P&C awards...
