Sorry that this experience brings you here but welcome none the less.

On 2 of my last flights there was a passenger with a nut allergy. There was an announcement at the start of each flight. On the outbound we were served the Club World nuts in Club Europe and on the return no nuts or anything else served with pre-dinner drinks. First World problems I thought and when querying why nuts were served on one flight and not another, Purser checked her ipad and re-iterated the affected passenger had request that no nuts be served and BA's policy was to adhere to this. It may have slipped my mind if the first flight they mentioned a specific nut type.

I am sorry again for your experience. Certainly feed this back to BA and point out that it could have been more serious than it was though I am sure the experience and today has not been the best. Please stick around and participate more and most definitely let us know the outcome.
